P90X Phase 1( Month 1) Done

I didn't lose any weight with month 1 but I think my stomach got a little slimmer. Can't wait til I finish phase 2 next! Left picture is before and right picture is after 4 weeks.

    Congrats! You can definitely see a difference. I find it hard with things like P90x and other strength programs your weight doesn't shift so you can't tell until about 4 weeks and take photos! Keep it up. I will be doing P90x once I finish 30DS. I have started P90x many times but never finished or followed the program, just did random workouts.

    Anyway, keep going!
