My goal is to weigh myself once a week, but I was just curious since I have a lost of appetite. I mean, I have cravings, which I'll eat in moderation. I don't binge like I used to. I was downing two to three sodas a day, including a whole big bag of chips, sometimes 3 to 5 cookies. Basically, whatever I craved, I ate it.

Oh, OK. I have been eating breakfast or brunch since it's so late in the morning because my stomach is growling. I don't have much energy throughout the day. Maybe I'm not cooking the right food. I don't know.

Thanks, ladies. I lost 6 lbs from not drinking soda. I wanted to try my hand at lifting since I heard a person can lose body fat quicker.

I have a cheap bathroom scale. I tried it out in the store with my coat and everything on, of course, and it said 160. When I got it home, it said 180. I agree, fiber will fill you up. Also, drinking a lot of water helps.

I'm not sure if I already posted this, but I'm 5'2 and I want to be 125. I want to keep some of my curves. The lowest I would go is 115. I want my clothes to look good on me. When I was 105 and I think even 115, certain clothes just didn't look look right on me.
