When I used to do low carb I loved snacking on string cheese! And my boyfriend used to brown some breakfast sausage and sprinkle shredded cheese on top and just keep it in containers ready to heat up whenever he felt like snacking.

I work midnights so even though I do my workout in the morning, I still go to bed right after. I agree, I think it's whatever works for the person.

Super easy chicken salad - We just season them with salt, pepper & garlic powder and bake at 350 for about an hour. Then cube and add them to a bowl of chopped romaine hearts. I just add fat free ranch but he likes to add bacon bits & croutons, too.
