Leg of Lamb is a hot and fast meat. If you have a grill with a rotisserie debone, season with lots of garlic and other spices, tie it up, hit the outside with heavy salt & pepper and spit roast it.

Sounds like a Smith machine. The bar rides up and down on two rails? Squats aren't done in a linear motion, the bar moves more in a tall oval. The Smith machine puts a lot of stress on your lower back at higher weights. Opt for the squat rack / cage.

I've failed OHP 3 or 4 times. Twice I just repeated the weight and moved up the next session. One time I knew I was tired and upped my weight anyway and made the next level no problem. What weight are you stalling at?

My Bodymedia band indicates around 330 calories for Squat/Bench/Row and 350 for Squat/OHP/Deadlift (week 10). YMMV

Sounds like you're arching your back to push the bar up. I started doing that and had to deload 15 lbs to maintain form. Once I did that my back quit hurting.

I'm in week 10 and haven't felt the need for one yet. Just watch your form and don't go up even if you hit all 5 sets if you feel your form is slipping.

It's amazing how motivating it is when you slide the big boy plates on the bar for the first time. I really struggled with the OHP between 80 & 95 lbs but I'm going to take pics or a video when I get to 135 and am OHPing the big plates.

I think I'd go with 2x4 box or 1x3 channel instead of 2x2 box.

I had to be on the road for 6 days this past week and it really showed in my workout today. I had to drop 20 lbs off my squats and 30 lbs off dead lifts.

I think it's a good app for deadlifts and maybe squats, it seems a little complex for Bench and rows and if I do all the warm ups for OHP I've got nothing left in the tank for the work weight. It's clearly geared for 3x5 vs 5x5. I'll get there someday
