Movies: Miscast roles
Sticking with the Move theme, what do you think are some of the worst casting decisions. I'll start: John Wayne as Genghis Khan in The Conqueror - worst of all time Sofia Coppola in Godfather 3 is truly dreadful Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher - really? did you even read the book?

I notice that some lifters deadlift using an alternating grip (one palm in, one palm out) and some lift with both palms in. Is there an advantage to the alternating grip when doing deadlifts?

How many warm ups?
For those that have been on the program for a while, how do you step your warm ups? I'm on week 3 and have 90 lbs on the squat bar. I've been doing 2 sets with just the bar then the 5x5 work weight. When do you add additional intermediate warm up steps? Every 50 lbs? Every 30?

Stronglift on a Smith rack
Yeah i know he says not to but I don't have the space for a cage and since I live in the land of litigation no gym in the area has (or allows) free squats. They all require a smith rack. Anyone doing Stronglifts on a Smith rack and if so how have you adapted?

Traveling Stronglifts
For those of you who've been on the program for a while, what do you do when you travel? Most hotels don't have bar free weights and finding a gym with a day pass system has been problematic in the past. Do you just use what's available and skip a week?
