I notice that some lifters deadlift using an alternating grip (one palm in, one palm out) and some lift with both palms in. Is there an advantage to the alternating grip when doing deadlifts?

When the weight gets too hvy the bar will roll out of the lifters hands. Alternating the grip keeps the bar from doing this.0
