Been plant based since the end of October... don't miss meat one bit but have had moments where I ate something that might have had milk or egg in it.... Milk and eggs are in EVERYTHING! it's annoying. Loving this lifestyle. xx

I'm the same...My weight isn't fluctuating at all for the past few weeks but I've gained muscle and can see a big difference in my stomach and love handles as well. :smile: It's great to see the result of your hard work huh?

I am not new..I've lifted for a couple yrs on and off but never really heavy. I eat really well and do IF so I meet my calorie deficit. Thank you so much for the advice! :smile:

So not weird...I'm the same way most of the time. I just try to go in with tunnel vision. I put my ear buds in and just focus on what I'm doing. If I start to look around me scoping the place out that's when I freak. I just try to ignore everyone. lol

I'm 4'8'' and excess weight has ALWAYS been an issue for me. I only have 10 lbs to lose (by my standards not medical or social standards) but that 10 lbs is so hard to lose and keep off not to mention I look way bigger than my weight because I'm short. Feel free to add me :smile:

I'm 4'8'' and I'm on a 1200 and I'm losing from 1/2 lb to a lb a week.

I suffer from depression and have been on medication for years and its a struggle to stay motivated despite the depression but I know it can be done and I know getting healthy is going to improve my depression immensely!
