i have had success with them over this last year! Now, i have heard of people getting a bad batch...like a sour taste? i would say if you tried and sample at a party and enjoyed it but find yourself not liking it now check the product numer ( i think somewhere on the bottom of the bag) if you have two bags and they are not…

100 cal pacs of chocolate covered pretzels do it for me. There is enough in there to take your time eating them and they are very yummy. :)

AWESOME!!! nice work, HARD WORK....i have just started the HEAVY lifting part of my journey and it is A LOT more challenging then that hour on the eliptical i used to do. Congratulations girl!

I also only log workouts that are specifically for just that...the rest of it i just consider "life". i am a mommy of two so i know what you mean but since i do that stuff on the daily without thinking about it i just leave it be...just a bonus i gues :)

Great! i didnt realize my timing was so right on to get started. :) i use ViSalus so that helps a lot with nutrition. on the PETA sight i saw that there was a place to take a 30 day pledge.

Great feedback!!! i'm now on day two of a "concious" meatless diet. I know i will have to gradually get into it because i do have a husband and two children that have thier own say in whether or not they want to continue eating meat. :) but i'm the one who cooks so... "ya get what ya get, and you don't throw a fit" lol.…

I have been using Visalus for several months now, LOVE IT! i have lost over 30lbs and i still have at least one shake everyday to kick off my day, plus it's fast, easy and taste fantastic. Good Luck.

i would say it would depend on whay your "activity" level is set one...if your daily walking is figured into that then i wouldnt count it as extra..and if it's not maybe it is time to change your activity settings so that it is that way you goals will be adjusted accordingly and you don't have to log your walking everyday.…

Thank you! i really enjoy reading informational stuff like this...when it comes to health and nutrition...well im a dumb dumb. I am happy to say that when i eat fruit it is usually in my protein shake!(i guess i am doing something right without even knowing) I had NO IDEA about the breakdown of pre sliced fruit :/
