Great question @Tacklewasher. I just track steps, weight and I did sync mfp recently. I do some jogging every now and then. Thxs for asking to help me define what I need.

I would agree. I have been friends with people I meet at the gym for many years but we have one goal @ the gym. Workout!

Fruit smoothie or a hard boiled egg. Boring. I know but it fits with my schedule. Once in a while I treat myself to pancakes and bacon w hot maple syrup.

So true. Eat what you want but don't stuff yourself. You will find you enjoy food better.

Shakes never worked for me and I was always hungry. I got better results and felt much better with changing my eating over time. I think we have to not kill ourselves to lose weight.

If you are waking up in the middle of the night starving you are not eating enough. Try adding a fruit or yogurt w your shake. It will keep you full.

Thanks @WendyLeigh1119. I'm working on strength training 3 to 4 days a week with machines and free weights with about 30 minutes of cardio on treadmill.
