@RodaRose please share more about this. Ty.

Never.

@shadow2soul so are you saying a negative is a bad thing?
-
Each person and situation is different. I can certainly sympathize. I’ve been on the road to recovery for over a year now from a l5 s1 injury in addition to DDD in my back. I got relief from chiropractor care and getting my inflammation ( naproxen)down so that the sciatic nerve was not been pinched. Injections did not work…

Peace in a challenging situation. I’m learning to remain calm at all times.
-
@jaymijones I will ckout lose it. Thank you. I too have put enough time on trying to figure it out.
-
@jockox and @boomhower1820 I’m having the same issue and I just tried it today.
-
I have the same issue. Anyone have an app suggestion that works with Apple health
-
Are any of them 100% accurate?
-
@Tab122377 you can do it. One day at a time and remember be patient with yourself.
-
I agree. Apple Watch and mfp don’t like each other. I gave up too. Will try lifesum.
-
@ee2368 I know how you feel. I had to cut my loose. Too much negativity and I couldn’t take it. I stopped telling her when I would be going to workout or I would go to a different facility. It was hard but I decided I have to protect my peace of mind in 2019.
-
@kenthepainter2 you can do it. Be patient with yourself on your journey.
-
@ann77 you are right. We are all different. My aim is to be a healthy and not worry anymore about whether I look as good as I did at 25. Lol. I’m over 50 and thankful for each day the good Lord gives me. 😎

@AnnPT77 thanks for sharing your journey. Congratulations on being a BC survivor. I teach breast health and awareness with Komen in my community. I do workout 3 to 4 days a week. I’m trying to lose 5lbs and I’m seems like my tone is no longer present. I read an article that women do gain weight post menapause. I will…

I’ve been trying to loss the last 5lbs for more than 3 years. I decided this year I’m just going to focus on being healthy and not so much weight loss.

Do what brings you joy.
-
I’ve started getting rid of things that don’t bring me joy any more. As as result I have clothes I like wearing vs clothes just hanging in my closet year after year. More to come. Stay tuned.
-
I live for it every morning.
-
I would like to know too.
-
In me. Tell me how to join. I have a garmin vivosmart and joining challenges is so easy. On the AW I haven’t figured it out. Would be nice to join with others.
-
@MelanieCN77 thanks.
-
@remccarthy4752 give yourself time. You will be fine. It’s a process.
-
@melaniecn77 great suggestion. With the activity app I don’t like the fact the you can’t change the exercise and stand goals. The exercise app doesn’t seem to capture my weight lifting as I thought it would. The start and finish are not automatic. I guess I may have to get use to it. I hate you can’t participate in…

Thanks for the journal idea. I tried to start decluttering this weekend and felt like didn’t make enough process. I got tired and depressed so I stopped. I am now willing to try again.
-
Both are great. ET is gentle on the joints.
-
I have the same question.
-
I try to workout 3or4 days a week for about 70 minutes and each day I do I put a ck mark on my wall calendar. As for eating I just it what I want and try not to over do it. I have learned not to be too hard on myself and stop making comparisons to others. Why? Thanks for asking. Because they are not me and I’m not them. 😉
-
@canadianlbs I have low back pain. I tried deep tissue massage but was interested in this.
-
Thxs all for the feedback. Don’t want to have surgery as the surgeon says only it would have to be spinal fusion with a disc replacement. I’m doing my PT 3 or 4 days a week and trying to stay positive. I saw a pain management specialist that prescribed a different anti inflammatory with a mild muscle relaxer. I declined to…
