  • Feel free to add me. I am not on everyday, and do not log my food. I check several times a week, but I am doing a Ketogenic Type Diet and don't have a need to log. I am happy to support and bounce ideas. I am eating the way I eat partially to help prevent headaches, I still get them, but not as bad, or as long, or as often.
