Try eating really good chocolate (the darker the better). I'm satisfied with much less when I eat a high quality, extremely dark chocolate (more than 75%). I'm not a fan of cutting out foods from my diet, but I do try to temper my sweet tooth with fruit (especially strawberries, my favorite). Good luck!

When I want chocolate, I eat chocolate. If you're really worried about making it fit, go for a walk instead of watching TV.

I had a fair amount of candy last night (all logged)--5 snickers and 3 skittles (fun size)...and then two fun size snickers for breakfast (also logged). I definitely slipped up, but I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I just packed healthy lunch today. Back on wagon!

I also have a horrible sweet tooth. I gave up sweets (processed sugars) for a month. I was miserable. I'm struggling with a way to allow myself something sweet without destroying my diet. I break it into three sections. The top half and the bottom half is divided in two. I'm also a fan of waxing in the summer :)

Air popped popcorn with salt and dark chocolate are my go-to snacks. I can't pretend to be satisfied by a small candy bar, so I just get more chocolate per bite :)

My go to is swimming laps. If you're not a great swimmer, maybe you could try a water aerobics class.

11 pounds in 2 months is a lot of weight! Try to consider how you're losing a certain percent of your total weight instead of just in pounds.
