AH I NO CHOCCOMAMMY.... SAME HERE, I FEEL QUITE HAPPY THEN WHEN I HAVE A FEW DAYS OF FROM THE GYM I FEEL MY TUMMYS DOUBLED IN SIZE, THEY SAY ITS THE LAST TO SEE CHANGE BUT ITS HARD WAITING ISNT IT ?

WELL THE TOPS OF MY LEGS ARE MUCH LEANER I CAN SEE & HUBBY HAS IDENTIFIED BUT I THINK MY CALFS OR IS IT CALVES ?? ARE MORE MUSCULAR... HENCE MY DIFFICULTY WITH MY SKINNY JEANS I HAVE BOUGHT TODAY !!!!

i no i did think on increasing times but i dont want to get to addictive with ''the gym'' & think 1 hr daily atm is enough... only hoping to do 4 days or even 3 coz like i say dont want to be come reliant & the gym become a chore !! Its weird because i found the cross trainer harder yet i counted 100 cals in 17 mins yet on…

thanks for the replies, do you think it matters if you hold on or hands free?? i tend to do the latter but if i start to incline, think i may need to hold on lol ?? think my mph have been a little on the high side & not enough emphasis on the inclines so will start as of tomorrow :happy:
