Im having the same problem! I love my sandwiches, I really dont know what to do be doing, lunch is the only meal I struggle with! Im gonna try cooking a chicken fillet the night before and maybe put it in a salad as itll be a bit more filling

Yeah I couldnt figure it out either, but I went on http://www.zumbacalories.com/ to calculate what I burnt and then I logged my own exercise cos its not on the list, it should really be on the list!!

Excercise is my life saver, an hour of a really hard aerobics / box fit class or something can burn from 500-800 calories, and Zumba is the same! Its madness, for the sake of one hour, it gives you back loads of calories which you might not even need and may end up under your daily allowance since you seem to be over…

Welcome! Its all about baby steps, you will build your body to be able to cope with a lot more excercise, if you start off with too much you will give up, and Ive done that before I know when I knuckle down I can lose the weight

I gave up cheese completly and cut down on saturated fats, my cholesterol went from 6.3 to 5.3, so it was the cheese for me! If there is anything like that that you are eating a lot of I would cut that completly as the first step, I wouldnt have guessed Cheese would have that much of an effect on me! I give it EVERYTHING I have when Pitbull & Neyo ( give me everything ) comes on and also without you by Usher :) Then I go to my cool down after that! So for those last few minutes I put everything into it
