Not necessarily a half, but have a tough mudder scheduled for next June (my 3rd) and am thinking of a half and a full for next fall. I have a 19 month old son so getting out and running takes planning. So I don't totally qualify but feel free to add me

I was about 30 when I started to take control if my health again. I worked out at home and still do. You don't have to go to a gym. Start eating healthier and do some exercise and you'll get there. I'm going to Mexico in about 4 weeks too!

I do all home workouts (or run) but 5 days out of 6 I get workouts in early before my son gets up and before work. I would never get them in after he goes to bed. But we can still support each other if you want to friend me

You have to want it or it won't happen. Make the time to prepare healthy foods, exercise, etc. everyone is busy but you have to make yourself a priority. Feel free to friend me if you want. I have an 18 month old son and work outside the house.

That does seem like a big fluctuation although I will go up 5 after a sodium heavy meal and bigger meal than normal. Then drop down 3 the next day. Does your scale need batteries? Try weighing yourself 2 or 3 times right in a row and see if it gives you the same number. It not, batteries or a new scale

I boil eggs that came directly from my sisters chickens so super fresh. As others said, boil water first, add eggs for 12 min (turn heat down to medium). Immediately in ice water and let cool. They still don't always peel as easily as old eggs but I'm too impatient to let them get old!
