steal over peoples food? jk buy things on sale or in bulk; tuna frozen vegetables anything frozen actually make your own food eg houmous, chili, lasagne etc

i had them pretty bad from running. i was advised to rest for 2 weeks. have you got flat feet? i have had to have insoles in my trainers to support the bridge of my feet and now im golden maybe it may be the same thing

eating late wont have any effect on body composition aslong as what you eat fits within your macros and you are eating under calories, many people dont eat late due to comfort while sleeping. maybe try non-caffiene herbal teas to stop hunger pangs

yes it works if your a healthy weight depends.......some people stop eating from 6pm till 3pm the next day that way you count sleeping hours so its not as hard. if your interested just cater for whats conveinient to you. people do it because it is a simple way to live, not worrying constantly about what and when to eat…

dont worry like mentioned before its likely to be water stored and tiny amount of fat, keep up the usual work and it'll shift but yes you should be enjoying yourself from time to time
