I have only seen the first three seasons, since I am relying on Netflix. Looking forward to seeing seasons 4 and 5!

Not 50 pounds or more, but I've only been trying since the beginning of the year, and I've lost about 15 lbs. PCOS makes it tough- I try to remember that weight loss will just be harder for me than it is for most people on MFP, and ANY progress is something to be proud of, non-scale victories and all! You can do it- it…

I think you could do Jillian Michaels' 30 Day shred, or any other similar strength training video, and just modify the cardio intervals no not include jumping. For example, instead of jumping jacks, you could do a step-touch move instead, where you step to the side and cross your arms, or something similar. Also, for any…

I log mine is as 20 minutes of circuit training. A lot of other MFP-ers do the same.

This series is one of the reasons why i am trying to be healthier, and am on MFP! Excellent, excellent series, with good information that stays with you. The key take-away for me, was that it is largely diet changes that create weight loss, but exercise is the key to maintaining that weight loss/keeping the weigh off.…

I have PCOS, too, and am on day 2 of South Beach diet, trying to work on the low-glycemic index plan to lose a few pounds, and doing a Jillian Michaels video 5 days a week. Feel free to friend me! I am 31 :)
-
yes! Still on level 2 of 30DS with an occasional 6 week 6 pack workout thrown in for variety, but will move on to Level 3 in a few days :)

August 19 or a later start date, and I am in!
-
That is my goal; too- to not be obese- thanks for inspiring me on my journey, and best wishes as you continue toward your goal weight!
-
I'd love to be a part of the Ripped in 30 group, when 30DS ends. I am a little behind due to rest days and beginning the 30DS program with a schedule of every other day, so if there's a lag before the group starts, it will be even better for me! I appreciate the encouragement and discussions of this group.

Day 6?7? of Level 2, done!
-
I did 6 week 6 pack tonight for the second time, just to switch it up a little bit. So, yes- I worked out today :)

I think Salmorejo has a lot more calories than gazpacho, because of the bread in it. When I am worried about calories, I choose gazpacho over salmorejo, because usually it is healthier. I also try to avoid eating the whole piece of bread when I'm eating tapas- I'll eat the whole piece of meat or cheese or pimiento or…

Since I started doing 30DS, I stand up and walk straighter- my posture is better! Regardless on it if actually results in weight loss of inches off, having better posture makes me walk tall, and look better all over. Also, my biceps are super-strong now, and I'm not even halfway done. Love the muscle definition!

Level 2, Day 3 completed! Way to go, us!

Thanks for starting this group- I'm happy to join! SW: 189 GW for the end of August: 184 Major Goal #1: 174 (to be overweight, not obese) Ultimate Goal Weight: 155 By the end of this August challenge, I would like my pants to fit a little looser on me! I just know I will feel very accomplished if I can mange a 5-lb. loss…

Level 2, Day 2 completed! Soooo much more sweat than Level 1.

Your results are very inspiring! I just started Level 2 of 30 DS, I hope to have results as great as yours when I am finished!
-
Level 1, Day 10 (I think?) done! Tomorrow I will try Level 2 for the first time- I hope it goes well!
-
That is my goal, too- Congratulations on your amazing achievement!
-
*raises hand* I've been logging into MFP for only 2 months, but slowly and steadily, I've lost just a few pounds. Feel free to add me- we're all in this together!

*raises hand*

Level 1, Day 4 completed! Currently doing 30DS every other day, but will try to do a few consecutive days this week, to see if it doesn't kill me!
-
Seeing those rocked ladies take breaks makes me feel better, esp. since since I cannot do the full set of a few of the exercises (push-ups, helloooooo)!
-
It kicked my butt, too! The first couple of days, I just did the best I could, and I didn't use weights- just made fists with my hands and concentrated on good form. Now I'm a week in, and am using 2 lb. weights, and I drop them when my arms are screaming too loudly. Ease into it, and it will get better! Congratulations on…

Starting weight/ current weight: 189.4 will update later with my measurements, once I buy a tape measure :) Started 30DS on July 8th, and am doing it every other day, and counting calories. My goal is to be at 174 lbs or less, because that will bring me from the obese to the overweight category of BMI. I've read many…
