Try the powder peanut butter...it is really good and takes care of that craving. I use the PB2 2T powder with water. It's 45 cal with 1.5 fat...probably no health benefit but if you feel the need to have a little peanut butter it serves it's purpose:-)

I made it through the 1st day...struggle. Did not have the energy to go for a walk after dinner and had a splitting headache. I guess this is the hangover stage! On to day 2:-)

I liked the Panko idea and this is what I ended up doing and I must say it came out DELISH!!!!
