I always feel like I smell, I sweat a lot and have no idea about what deodorant to use! at the moment I have right guard for women, I don't seem to smell but I'm still sweating!

Having the goal to go towards might be the motivation you need to get yourself to the 10k. maybe try doing 7.5k and see how you feel about that, then decide if the 10k is something you think you can do. Good luck either way :)

I really struggled with these-especially on my bad ankle. I did 20 on each leg and the rest normal

Boo! I cant do the split jump squats because of my ankle! I did 10, 30 curtsy squats (15 on each leg) nd 70 normal (I'm a day ahead so am on 110 squats)

I did these yesterday - 40 of the jump squats and 60 normal. done my 105 for today :)

You can do it! being on here really helps with support and having somewhere to turn to when you are having a weak moment!

80for me today, did 40 normal, 20 curtsy L and 20 curtsy R, I dont have enough room to do the rear leg lift!
