  • Leonardo DiCaprio!! Look back at the Titanic........ahh gorgeous! Now..not so much :/
  • Taylor Lautner--I just don't get it. Yes, a nice body. But his squinty eyes and odd features just make me think, "Really?" Take away the body and look at the face. Blah. Kristen Stewart-She was named as one of the sexiest women. Again, really?! Take away all the makeup and she is just a normal looking, average girl. By no…
  • Try the 30 day shred! I'm on Day 19 and it's toning me up all over. But, since you're a lot skinner than me, you'll see results much quicker I believe! You can find it on Youtube, 3 levels, and you just need a set of dumbells. Read up on it. Good Luck.
  • Especially from a trainer..congratulations!!
  • BUMPBUMPBUMP I love pumpkin pie! i'll have to try!
  • Oh my goodness, are you kidding me?? I just looked through all of your photos and your gorgeous! You have a great body and your thighs are by no means thick nor "serena williams" (who still has a great athletic body either way..) I'm sorry that you had a crappy experience out with your "friends." I hope that you keep up…
  • I like that train of thought! I didn't gain all of this excess weight in a month, it's been growing on me for the past 4-5 years. It takes time :)
  • What is the meal plan? I'm doing the 30 day shred so it sounds interesting!
  • All of your hard work has not gone down the drain! You had a big splurge day, relax, move on, tomorrow's another day. You can do it, good luck :)

  • I've grown up in the restaurant business...food is my world. And yep, I eat when I'm bored, happy, sad, you name it! Welcome to mpf :))
  • Or you could create your own exercise, and estimate that you burn about 100 calories an hour (or make up your own number, I just use 100 an hour for when I serve during my restaurant shifts!)
  • Drop a pant size and lose some more inches especially around my hips and thighs!
  • I am on level 2, day 18. I took a few days break because my knee and ankle were in quite a bit of pain, but I got back on the wagon today!! I've lost about 8 inches doing it so far---but have a 4 pound weight gain that hasn't dropped yet! Excited to get to level 3 now, level 2 has been my enemy since starting :)
  • Hi everyone! I'm 5'5" and would like to be in the shape my body deserves to be in. Plus, when I see my friends again, I want to feel confident and happy with how I look! So I'm hoping to get down to 140 by August 25th. I'm currently 150, give or take a few depending on morning fluncuations. :)
  • Yes please! Count me in!
  • Honestly.....I DESPISE Level 2. I loved level 1....but when I got to level 2, it put a damper on my spirits! Probably because I can't keep up without the modified versions! So I did end up taking a 4 day break from the shred once I got to level 2 day 8 because my knees and ankles were getting to a point I couldn't walk…
  • I have a big old house with a ton of steps and furniture--it takes at least 6 hours to clean when it isn't "that messy." Even then, if I were to some reason plug cleaning in as exercise, I would use the light setting. It's better to under, than over-estimate calories burned I believe. But, to each their own, but vacumming…

  • Ditch the scale, focus on measurements. I've gained weight in the past month, but have lost about 8 inches. :)
  • You can burn as many as you please, as long as you are staying safe and steering clear of injury. But, you should be eating your exercise calories back, so that you are at the very least, netting 1200 calories (or your BMR) a day. Have fun!
  • Raisins, I always thought that they were a great, low cal snack. But I'd eat them by huge handfuls. One day I was reading, and learned that raisins are helpful in promoting weight gain, haven't touched a raisin since!
  • Chocolate...anything chocolate, even a hint. It's everywhere I tell ya!
  • My family ordered pizza, and I knew I wasn't hungry. So instead of eating anyway, I went and did a 40 minute workout! By the time I finished and showered, they had eaten and put the food away. So I ate a little bowl of cereal and have been on here ever since, to keep from snacking. I've never chosen exercise over PIZZA…
  • And giving that little kitten a high five! Congratulations, your results sound fantastic!! Enjoy :)

  • I've been doing the 30 day shred, so usually do 2 levels in a row. That means I am working out for approximately 40 minutes a day. Short time, but I'm hoping it'll lend to great results! Fingers crossed.
  • I'm 18, and a sophomore in college. Feel free to add me, just leave a little message if you don't mind! :)
  • To go shopping and be able to wear anything and everything, knowing that it'll look fabulous. For instance, I was at Urban Outfitters the other day. I saw this pair of skinny jean animal print pants. Crazy, yes! I loved them though, but didn't even want to try them on because I knew that they would make my bottom half look…
  • Awe, that's fantastic! Congratulations!!! :)
  • Major one; If he doesn't like animals, conversation is over in an instant. :D
  • Oh please don't listen to him or those silly 'charts!' If you compared my weight/height to one of those charts, I would be considered overweight. And though I want to lose a few pounds and get in shape, I am far from overweight (well at least I think!) Trust your gut and how you feel. Don't listen to anyone else or…
  • Depends on your BMR and TDEE. I have read that you are supposed to aim for your net calories to be above your BMR, but below your TDEE. Cutting 15 to 30% off your TDEE is considered aggressive when trying to lose weight. But definitely no lower than 1200 net cals. Someone, correct me if I'm wrong though. :)
