  • I lost 75 pounds doing low carb 6 years ago, will I do it again NO. Why because I gained most of it back. The sure way to keep your weight loss off is to eat things in moderation! My husband did it as well and guess what coming off of it he gain his weight back as well.
  • Awesome work! Keep it up!
  • Thanks all for your thoughts and opinions. I think will go back to what my trainer wrote down for me a while ago. 3 days weights with 6 days cardio. I've been at this now since the end of May. And I think I've done a awesome job so far. My expectations are not out of the norm. I want to lose 1-2 pounds a week and I know…
  • Petey the Poodle hahahahaha good one. For the opener this weekend they are using Matt Fylnn. I feel you on Golden Tate he has alot of potential. I think he is the best we got in the slot receiver position. In my opinion we are ready to take our NFC West title back from the 49ers. We let them hold it for way too long. We…
  • I generally try to eat at my calorie goal set by MPF and sometimes a little over. Yes all of my information is correct. Why lie about that when your trying to lose weight??? Doesn't make much sense.
  • Thanks everyone. Everyone I know has their own opinions on this and I just wanted to see how many of you actually eat the calories back.
  • Everything in moderation! Diet Soda has not stopped my progress. Cheers!
  • So I know I will get some haters right off the bat, but I'm always been a rider for my SEAHAWKS! We are coming back for our title of NFC West Champs! Hopefully TJ will come out strong for us this season, if not he will get the door. My guy Marshawn Lynch will need to stay his butt out of trouble, we let go of Williams. We…
  • Welcome to SEATTLE!!! I love my city of green and rain! lol
  • The stuff I taste while cooking! lol
  • I agree with this! I went low carb and yes lost a ton of weight and also gained a ton of weight. Low is no always the key and doesn't work for everyone. If you start to eliminate the wrong carbs then your body starts to break down the things it needs for recovery after workouts. Everything is a lifestyle change, I would…
  • I totaly agree with this. Once you know your numbers you can figure out how much your actually burning and intaking. My freedays are on Saturday's and do exercise a bit more during the week or that morning of my bad day. It's seems to work for me at the moment. I also have been here for about a month and I've lost 9…
  • Yep this! It's working for me and I'm down 8 pounds and this is the start of my 4th week on MFP. Please no diet pills. Also it may help if you looked at this as a lifestyle change verses a diet. Congrats and good luck to you.
  • Ok so I got that all wrong its the VO2 max setting. and its actually a F11 series Polar. So sorry

  • My average burn is between 600 to 800, it also of course depends on how active you get during. If I'm really feeling good that is when I reach my high 700's. 787 was my highest to be exact! I also wear my fitbit or bodybugg to get the correct calorie burn, it helps with the guessing so if I ever forget to put one of the 2…
  • Welcome! Good luck to you :smile
