I have boxes of my old clothes from when I was thinner. The day I can fit back into some of those clothes, I'm going to throw a party! I cannot wait to stop shopping in the plus size section!! We can do this! :)

I agree! Don't deny yourself things you love. It will just make you want them more. Just try to cut calories at another meal to make room for a piece of fried chicken. You can eat things you love too by exercising more. :) good luck!

Excellent advice! I picture my future self also! I try to think about how good it's going to feel buying smaller clothes for once! Also since I have started exercising I feel 110% better! I have more energy, I feel stronger, I feel capable. It's amazing! Not to mention my blood pressure is better and so is my cholesterol.…

You are totally right about the patience! I am going to have to learn that. I think we are all so used to instant gratification and you just don't have that when you are losing weight. Although I do feel better and stronger, so that is a little gratifying. :)
