I believe it's ok. I over did it and strained my calf muscle. I was also running before and my muscles just aren't strong enough to handle all of the stress yet. So, now I have to take a break from running and I'll be doing the 30DS w/o the jumping. I'll modify it and do the standing boxing for the cardio sections. I…

Answer to SEVHERA's Question: You can log in the calories that you burned on Jillian's DVD's by going under "Circuit Training" and entering in the minutes that you worked out. I believe the 30DS is 20 minutes for each level. Hope this helps!
