Purchased the 30 day shred yesterday at Wal-Mart; $9.00. woohooo. I had been doing level 1 on exercise tv. could not find the other two levels though. I am pumped up to do this exercise program with you all. I weigh in on Saturday mornings. PUMPED!:happy:

My goal is to weigh 140 something. I am focused on working out and conscious eating 7 days at a time.

I just finished D1L1 of the 30 Day Shred. 1 day down...29 to go! We can do this fellow shredders!!!!
Starting weight/measurements:
April 18:
SW - 132.5
Chest - 33 1/2
Waist - 29 3/4 (measured at bellybutton)
Just below Waist - 34 3/4 (measured at pantyline)
Hips - 39
Thigh - 22 3/4
Arm - 11 1/2
Calf - 14
i wasn't sure which measurements to take, but since I'm pear shaped, that is where my focus will be.0 -
Does anyone know how many calories you burn for 20 minutes of the 30-day shred? just wondering what I'll have to put in the exercise diary when we start tomorrow..0

Answer to SEVHERA's Question: You can log in the calories that you burned on Jillian's DVD's by going under "Circuit Training" and entering in the minutes that you worked out. I believe the 30DS is 20 minutes for each level. Hope this helps!0

Okay.. Ready to get the party started!!! I will be doing my 30DS every morning at 4:30 so I am going ahead and logging my weight and measurements for the beginning.. Just finished. I went up to Level 2, becasue I thought some of my lack of enthusiasm might have been from boredom at ahving done the same thing the last four days...OMG I thought I was going to pass out a couple of times! I can see why people get real results with this! I made it through, but I'm wondering if I should go back to Level 10

Isn't it funny that the left side of my body is .5 inches bigger than the right? wierd!
Anyhoo.... i plan to do my day 1 tomorrow.. depends when my sons will let me sneak it in! I am also doing c25k so I will be doing 2 a days 3 days a week Fun!

So I just did 30ds and I am whoooped... it was rougher than the gym ... but I hung in there... even though Im sick .. I still managed.... hopefully we can all lose some weight with this... becuz I know Im ready0

I am 4 days away from finishing Level 4 of Jillians Ripped in 30 and thought I would go back to using her 30 Day Shred with 8lb weights. It'll be my 4th time going through it and planned on starting it on the 18th! I've lost over 30 inches already with Jillian and running and biking along with almost 40lbs (I think I will hit 40 at my next weigh in!) Go ahead and add me if you want the support!

I completed my day 1 of 30ds....wow... its much harder than it looks! I am supposed to do my c25k today too but its snowing..... hopefully it will let up and I can go, or i will just let this me my 2 day rest and go tomorrow.... trying not to let weather be an issue....but my shoes are old and have no traction! I don't wanna slip on the snow! I sure wish mother nature would make up her mind!
Can't wait for new kicks to arrive so the weather can no longer be an issue!0 -

I did 30DS this morning, I'm going to do Level 3 for the challenge. It kicked my butt! I'm also running a 5k on Mother's Day so I'll be running tonight, I'll be sore tomorrow!0
