I don't see why you would go down 20 lbs you are at a very healthy weight according to your height. Actually a little under currently. Maybe you should work on strengthening and toning and it'll change your body as well. Wish you well and health!

Awesome! I too have pcos and plan on getting myself back into shape, the healthy way, with the right food and the right amount of exercise. No starvation here or over exercising. I want to try the digestive enzymes and the ox bile because I've also been feeling a little bloated and a little pain because of gas.
