210 cals for walking for 1 hour? Is that what is said on the treadmill or on you bodybugg? Your a heavy guy so you will burn lots of cals when you exercise. I burn about 2300 cals a day without exercise and I weigh 190. I think the bodybugg sounds about right. I don't use a bodybugg though. I use a polar and it works great…

lose 10 and gain 4 still puts you ahead of the game. As long as you lose 10 pounds everytime you gain 4 you lose 6lbs total. i think thats great!!

I would stick to an exercise plan at least 3 x week. The exercise will help keep your energy up for work and school. I take my BC at night before I go to bed. I have a water bottle next to my bed and take my synthroid as soon as my alarm clock goes off. This way I know there will be at least 1 hour before I eat my breakfast. Maybe you could try that instead of having to remember to take more pills 4 hours later.

Well I did lower my net calorie to 1200 a week ago to try to lose 2lbs a week. Maybe that is to low? I was at 1340.

I do turbo kick alternating with hip hop hustle 3 x week and jog 2 x week. Doing chalean extreme at home. Have any ideas how to mix it up? Maybe run more with less aerobics? I don't know....I'm fusturated:sad:
