Anyone suffering bloation after the big thanksgiving meal? I didn't watch what I ate at all for thanksgiving. Pain in lower back!
I have a pain in my lower back. I don't even remember injurying it. It hurts when I sit longer than 5 mins. When I stand up it really hurts until I stretch through the pain and then most of the pain goes away. It doesn't really hurt at all when exercising. Anyone ever have this problem? INSANITY!! OMG!!
I just finished doing my first INSANITY workout. WOW!! Soooooo Hard!!! I barely made it through it. Has to be the best workout ever. If you need more of a challenge Insanity will kick your butt....lol I think I did pretty good for a fat girl...lol Anyways, just thought I'd share. HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE!!:happy:

Anyone eat like crazy for a few days but don't know why?
Man!! I've been going over about 1000 cals the past 4 days.:grumble: And thats with exercise!! Anyone else ever feel like a bottomless pit? I don't know whats wrong with me. My stomach actually growls so I feed it...lol. I'm not stressed or anything. Anyone else every get that way and what do you do?

Seems like I'm plateauing again.....
:cry: Seems like I plateau every couple of weeks. Every 2-3 weeks. Has anyone else plateaued this often? I weight lift 3 x week and cardio 5 x week for 1 hour each session.

Lost 7 lbs. in 6 weeks
I've lost 7lbs. in 6 weeks....I'm having mixed feelings:indifferent: Who would say that is good. I think it's pretty good but feel like I should have lost more. Would any of ya'll up the intensity? or stick to the slow and steady. I feel happy but sad at the same time....maybe I'm just weird:laugh:

Net calories going down
My net calories are now 1350. Looks like I have to work harder now!:noway: When your calories go down would you up the calorie burn or reduce intake. I'm thinking of uping the calorie burn so I can still eat:tongue:

Not losing!!

Oh my!! What a bad day!!
I have been non-stop for the past month and lost 6lbs!:happy: But......Today has been a bad day. I got off work at lunch time and ate a nice meal thinking I was going to exercise. I just finished exercising and I have 1000 net cals I need to eat back. Should I enjoy a hefty meal? I don't know if that a good idea. What do you all think? I'll plan better tomorrow. I was busy and couldn't get a decent lunch in.:ohwell:
