I dropped 4 pant sizes over a year. I went to Goodwill and thrift stores until I reached my goal weight/comp. Then, I went out and purchased new. Saved me lot's.

I often add a scoop of protein powder to my oatmeal (before Its cooked). I have also wisked some into a raw egg then microwaved for a min or so then top with fruit Both quick and easy

If I log, I log it all. That way I can clearly see where my problem lies when I'm not getting the results I expect.

Or, you could start now with body weight routines; squats, pushups, planks etc. for a couple days just to get warmed up while you contemplate how your going to incorporate a crossfit regime into your busy life.

Kraft Mac n Cheese with diced ham left from New Years supper. And, some oatmeal cookies I made with coconut flour and protein powder. Haven't eaten yet but its in my lunch box and logged in food diary.
