Glad your feeling better. Hope someday you can enjoy alcohol again in moderation. That being said, Domestic beer always makes me feel bloated and lethargic. A good craft is where its at for me. Cheers :drinker:

It's probably because they are not used to seeing you without the extra weight. It will take them time to get used to it too. I heard many of these types of comments when I lost the extra 40 I had carried for too long. Many who commented had known me for 10 or more years. Since I've been on maintenance with a 5-10 lb flux…

Anything, (as I've been reminded), is alright in moderation. Enjoy them!

Deli meat is low in calories and high in protein which in turn helps you to feel fuller longer. Things like boiled eggs, nuts and yogurts are also helpful.

So maybe the word cut was not the right choice. However, those types of foods are not always helpful when trying to get rid of that last bit of belly.

This made me chuckle remembering the time my man and I tried to lift together. I had been lifting for a couple of years and he hadn't lifted since HS. We only tried it once. I still lift, he still does not. That being said, I think if you start out together then it's completely doable. Have fun! :sweat_smile: :

I think you should be eating more. Your body is now hanging on to everything because you are burning off all your taking in. Try upping your calorie intake by a couple hundred for a few weeks and see if your BF% changes.
