A.M.-Coffee n peanut butter on toast, cause I need some carbs to get going. P.M.- Cottage cheese or boiled egg, cause I've had plenty of carbs by now.

Once a week works for me but, the more accurate tell is the bf% counter. Take pics as well to "see" the difference.

Netted 15-1700 calories per day, had at least a 6 pack of fine Craft Beers and 2 bottles of champagne along with cookies and chocolates over the last two weeks. Lost 3lb and 1% bf Booze may not have been your problem....

Overnight oats are my new favorite way to eat them. 1/4 C Oats 1/4 C Almond or milk of your choice 1/2 C Greek yogurt 1/4 C Fruit, your choice Mix together, place in container with lid, refrigerate over night. I make enough for 4 servings then grab one in the morning. Quick, tasty, protein rich!

If you know your going out and won't be home by the time you get hungry then pack some snacks. Have a meal prepped and ready to eat or nearly ready when you get home. Eat before you leave. I use protein shakes as a means to get extra protein. I use exercise and proper calorie management to lose weight.
