I have 80 pounds to lose, and I set my loss at 1.5 lbs a week. I'm not in a rush. The 250 cal difference between 2 lbs and 1.5 lbs loss in a week really makes a difference. And on my days off with my kids, even if we don't leave my apt, I am at 7500 (which is above sedentary) steps, just from playing/cleaning/what have you. Of course Fall in AZ is beautiful, and we are taking advantage of the gorgeous weather0

MFP put me at around 1200 calories a day. Will it be healthy for me to eat 1000 calories instead? I'm home everyday and I don't move a lot. My daily activities consist of cleaning, cooking and taking care of a newborn baby. I occasionally go for a run with baby when The weather is favorable. I'm currently 180lbs.
Not healthy at all. Eat more, and eat your run exercise calories back too.0
