I hardly eat my calories back, only a few, but thanks, that helps, will just continue to try and do as much as possible.

it's awkward because it doesn't come up with every exercise I have just done and I don't have a heart rate monitor to check how many calories i have burned either. Today I have done: 20 squats 20 seated calf raises 10 sidekick raises 20 chest press (sort of) 20 bicep exercises I would honestly love to know how much that…

Wow thank you all so much, I will check them all out, I already watched a video on squats so I know already how far I can go etc and what I should be doing (I hope lol) I tried searching in the exercise bit to put squats in but it didn't come up with anything.

Thanks, I was also wondering though, would Squats come under strength training or Cardio I know it sounds silly but surely I will burn some calories doing them?
-
Hi, thanks for replying, I will check that out. I have also used my bottom step as like an aerobic step lol sounds silly really but its quite useful for me.

No, I don't have one but I am trying to get one. I was thinking some squats, would that be alright exercise?
-
How many calories would I burn if I did some squats? I cannot find anything that will tell me for my weight. help please. lol
-
Just thought I would let you all know.... I have lost another 1lb

Thanks everyone, I am trying the 1650 as suggested by MFP and will weigh myself next week and see how I am doing, If no loss, I will still continue to try 1650 cals a day. I haven't had the full 1650 yet but it's over 1200 now which means I am still under my goal just not under the minimum calories recommended. I hope you…

Aww, thank you. P.s nice legs!
-
Nice pic

Yes I think you are right about that, I have missed one and it hasn't happened this month either yet so that could be the problem as to why I haven't lost any more and as a lot of people have told me, the amount of calories I was eating (I changed it to 1650 today - the amount MFP suggested for my weight etc) was too low…
-
I have set my calorie intake to what Myfitnesspal suggests which is 1650 and will try that for a week or two to see what happens. I am just worried that 1650 is too high now?

What is peoples thoughts on Raspberry Ketones?
-
I am weighing everything out and I am not cooking anything in any oils or fats or anything like that and with my dressings for salad I am measuring that too
-
Also I am vegetarian What sort of food should I be eating more of etc? Thanks everyone for commenting, it's great. I am NOT giving up, I just feel like it as the scales are not being nice and showing me a loss!! Lol.

I thought with me not being able to exercise much that I should lower my calorie intake to compensate for me not being able to walk or exercise much at all.
-
My diary should be open now.

Thank you  It's just frustrating as I lost 9lbs in the first week and nothing since. I am not giving up though, I am determined to get healthy. I didn't know that some weeks you don't lose weight, so that helps. Thanks again.

It's not my first time dieting, I have tried other diets and various ways and I always end up the same. I lose a few lbs then nothing after the first loss. I should of stated I lost the 9lbs in my first week, for 2 weeks I have not lost any more.
