    How about trying fasting 5:2 has done quite a bit for people with thyroid problems so far. Research it & ask your Dr.
  • Thanks everyone, I am trying the 1650 as suggested by MFP and will weigh myself next week and see how I am doing, If no loss, I will still continue to try 1650 cals a day. I haven't had the full 1650 yet but it's over 1200 now which means I am still under my goal just not under the minimum calories recommended. I hope you all have a great weekend! x

    I have set my calorie intake to what Myfitnesspal suggests which is 1650 and will try that for a week or two to see what happens.

    I am just worried that 1650 is too high now?
    at over 300 lb no it's not too high.

  • How many calories would I burn if I did some squats? I cannot find anything that will tell me for my weight. help please. lol
