  • I'm in! I'm trying to lose 15 by my birthday (11/18) but don't know how realistic that is. I'll make it my Christmas goal instead!
  • welcome! No matter if you 10 or 100 pounds to lose, it's always hard to get started. just one day at a time and one foot in front of the other (especially for me as walking is my favorite exercise). :-)
  • 1 c. frozen fruit (I try to keep peaches, mangos, strawberries and a berry blend on hand), 1/2 c. yogurt, 1/2 c. soy milk (this is the only way I can drink soy milk) or apple juice 1 banana 1 tsp (or so) of honey yum!!
  • Hang in there and stay healthy. As you work out and tone muscle, you likely won't lose weight. Just concentrate on how good you feel when you exercise and eat right! That last 10 are the worst!
  • Me too!! I decided today that I'm going to quit doing the 30 day shred. It's a heck of a workout but since i started I have lost -0- and it is just depressing. I also walk 30-60 minutes every day. When I started here I went to eating 1200 calories a day for 13 days (without cheating) and didn't drop a pound. I think I…
  • I have just finished day 1 of level 2. I don't know how fit everyone else is that has tried it but the first time I did it, it was really, really hard. I now have done 10 days (I did 9 days at level 1) and it is still a tough workout. It's brutal and quite the workout so it's got to be doing something, right?!
  • Hope you guys don't mind if I join in late. I'm new to this site but have done 8 days of shred -- i started 10 days ago. I just giving myself rest days. I too saw the scaled stop moving. I'm going to keep at it, though. I was impressed that I could finish it the first time. It's a rough work out.
  • welcome aboard. i'm new here too. I love the calorie counter on this site.

  • Hey, all. I'm new on here but this post caught my eye. I started wii active last week and have done it 5 - 6 times. I've also been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and after completing it yesterday felt good and thought I'd move right into a 30 day challenge workout. Bad idea. About an hour later I could hardly…
  • I, too, couldn't eat meat for at least 1 1/2 months after reading Skinny ***** from cover to cover on a flight from NYC to Sacramento. And I never felt better in all my life. My no-meat decision caused quite an uproar in my red-neck, deer hunting family. I now eat at least one no-meat meal per day and wish I had the will…
