OK I'm in :) DVD arrived today. Need to stick to it as I'm a size 10/12 after losing weight but I'm on holiday in 5 weeks and there's no way I can wear a bikini! Just finished long heavy 13hr shift at work and got the same tomorrow but I'm gonna start tonight... Good luck :)

Kettlebell bootcamp DVDs fab. It's all go 45 minutes with a kettlebell. Mine weighs 6kg n I can lift lots in body pump but struggle with that in the DVD....

I did that dvd with my HRM on and burnt 290 calories :) The thing with weights is u burn more after you finish exercising and its supposed to boost your metabolism

I'm well confused!!! My heart rate was a Nike one and told me calories burnt.. It annoyed me coz I'd be on a bike or cross trainer which picked up my heart rate off the chest strap and my watch would have much lower calories than the machine. Anyway that died a few days ago and I've just ordered a sigma onxyl heart rate…

I think I'm day 5 now but I've forgot!! Was thinking of going onto level 2 but think I'll stick on level 1 so I canbe doing it the best I can. I got 2kg hand weights yesterday and now my arms are aching!!

Just Done day 3 :) hardest is pushups n my abs ache the most! Ive recently been aching from new muscles working in gym classes so maybe I don't ache too much from that!! How does the 30 day shred work? Mine arrived yesterday... I stuck to my plan so far this week but also got my kettlebell DVD in :) Had good attack then zumba class today and conditioning and combat thursday. Went on 11 mile bike ride wednesday. Back on nights tho now :(
