Random food weight!!!
Random question... I'm eating baked sweet potato, when I add it to my diary is it the weight before baking or after its baked... As they weigh much less after being cooked so I wasn't sure! Thanks

Chillies Uk
Im wanting to cook with chillies but don't like really hot chillies. I only ever cook with sweet chilli sauce or chilli powder. Does anyone know which chillies in Uk supermarkets are mild ones? Thanks :)

Is smash potato really bad for you? I was being lazy and couldnt be bothered to make mash to go with my corned beef curry so I just did smash... I really like it but didnt know if its really bad!! Thanks :smile:

DUCK BREAST Pan-fried Duck Breast served with saut ed Green Beans with Sweet Potatoes in a light Orange Jus Its a nice portion of duck breast, lots of green beans and a small amount of sweet potato chunks Thanks :smile:

Shift workers
Are there many shift workers on here who find it hard to loose weight? I do a mix of days and (mostly) night and find im too shattered to exercise sometimes (even tho I love it) and I eat so random times etc. Also im a childrens nurse and there is always rubbish in the office so when working a busy 13hr shifts with hours…

Hi, Tonight im out for a meal and I know if I dont eat my favourite foods (which are way over my calories and I couldnt work it out!!) Id not stick to my diet... I occasionally need to treat myself. Too much sugar
Help im eating too much sugar!!! Both days ive had double or almost double my allowance, but its all from a smoothie (1/2 banana, 1/2 portion raspberrys, 1/2 activia yoghurt) and skimmed milk!! I dont want to totally cut out my fruit or milk as its healthy but its showing im going way over my sugar allowance. Any advise?…
