Is smash potato really bad for you? I was being lazy and couldnt be bothered to make mash to go with my corned beef curry so I just did smash... I really like it but didnt know if its really bad!! Thanks :smile:

    I believe Smash is a brand of what Americans call instant mashed potatoe. So I guess it really depends on what that Smash mix is made of as to rather or not it is bad for you.
