Does anyone have any idea how much meat you get at toby carvery? I no how many calories are in turkey per hundred grams but I dont no how much a large slice you get there is... If anyones been before and worked it out, thanks :)

    I just had a quick look at the food database on MFP and it has quite a few toby carvery items listed so it might be worth checking on there.

    Yeh its on there but as 100g of meat... ive no clue how many grams the large slice they give u is!! Also yorkshire puddings....

    Since it is cut quite thin I usually just say 100 grams, I have eaten there many times over the last several months and it seems to be okay doing it that way. But, I also have them stop after 3 pieces or so depending on how big the cut is. hope this helps.

    and hover over the picture of the food it gives you the nutrition info... but again,for 100g of turkey. was it served in slices? you could always search how much a slice in a carvery weighs approximately?
