Im thinking about getting one. Currently I have a simple pedometer fitbit. Does the vivofit automatically sinc with MFP like the fitbit does? Wanted a newer one with heart rate as well, but the fitbit ones are a bit pricey.

Did you gain before losing? I am now in maintenance mode and trying to figure out my new calorie goal. When I was losing I was eating about 1600 calories (eating exercise calories back). I'm 5'4", 120 pounds and average about 1,560 calories a day. Not looking to lose anymore weight just maintain and have been for awhile. if your profile is set to sedentary activity level then anything you do extra that takes even the slightest effort i would count. I've never counted sitting but if I'm doing a lot of it I'll count standing or housework, and I've lost a good amount of weight with that system. But really it's whatever you find works best for…

I log a guesstimate beforehand and make sure I eat a bit less the days before and after so I can indulge and have a stress free holiday. Good luck to you and happy thanksgiving!!!
