  • I have the same thing. Chocolate all the way. I find the best thing is to drink juice with water. Brush your teeth with pepermint. Drink teas with a little milk and honey. And if you are really hungry have an apple or all fruit smoothie. You can also have perrier even though its bubbly it fils you up.

  • Looking at the picture by your name your legs look really thin. Maybe you dont need to lose weight but tone your muscels and it would seem as if you did lose some. However i dont know what you look like. I also dont think you should look at the bmi because it doesnt account for muscel or boobs.

  • Running is a great way to burn calories. If you go at a steady pase for 20/30min. You can burn a lot. Also you may notice that you continue to sweat after you finish running and this is because you are still burning calories. Try running with a friend, for support and motivation to go fatser and longer than they are going.
  • I have been a member for some time now too and i keep tracking what i eat and then stopping and gaining back the weight. My goal is to lose 25 poundsby the end of summer. I need motivation if i want to keep active and reach my goal. So far i think i can but ineed some help.
