If you have a sweet tooth like me try drinking pepermint tea. It curbs your taste buds for something flavorfull and gives you good breath. It also has no calories. If you want add a teaspoon of honey.

    Or you can eat something sweet and fit it into your daily calorie and nutrient goals. No need to deprive yourself.

    Thanks for tip. Going to pick up some peppermint tea when I get back from vacation.

    For some people that have a sweet tooth planning a treat is a difficult thing to do. Once I start eating my fave sweets there is no stopping me. For some people it is a true addiction.

    Same way snickers and skittles all the way. (also icecream. Looove icecream) actually drinking pepermint tea right now. :laugh:

    Deprivation just makes things come back with a vengeance sometimes. I'd rather have a small 2x2 brownie now, than wait til I'm about ready to eat the whole pan.
