Need Help!!!!!

I've lost 60 pounds before MFP but I seriously need some toning and strength training help. I have a very loose belly and I HATE crunches!!!! What else can I do????

    1) Pilates is excellent for toning your core.
    2) You might look into different types of Yoga, I've heard great things about that too.

    Plank. Six inches. Vs. for belly
    Jumprope. For legs and cardio

    Lift heavy weights with compound exercises (squat, deadlift, bench press, etc).
