I've lost 60 pounds before MFP but I seriously need some toning and strength training help. I have a very loose belly and I HATE crunches!!!! What else can I do????

1) Pilates is excellent for toning your core.
2) You might look into different types of Yoga, I've heard great things about that too.0 -
