I struggle too. I just need to tone them because my skin wasnt as tight as it use to be due to my weight changing so often over the last year.. up and down, up and down... its stressful. BUT, one ab exersise you can do it planks. Im usually sore the next day or two if I do it long enough =)

I agree!! I would start by walking/jogging if you can. Get in the right mindset. Maybe add in a little strength training and then shoot for the stars when you feel u are ready. Those videos are great but I wouldnt want to stick to any of them if I wasnt ready for it.

I did a 1000 calories a day for a few months and I actually lost about 5 lbs. My body started getting use to it and I didnt feel so tired but I also didnt realize how bad it was for me. I stuck around 1100-1200 for the next 5 months and my weight was up and down within 7 lbs. I couldnt figure out what the heck was going…

Doing Day 5 tonight. I havent been to the gym as much and I really love this video. It targets the muscles I want to work right now and It is tough in the beginning! You have to push yourself though =) Starting Level 2 this week!

Ill be making this adjustment in my diet too! Ive been doing about 1200 that last few months and not seeing any changes. Im staying under my TDEE but under my BMR so im adding about 200 calories!! I was so nervous to do this but its worth a shot. I dont have much to lose, I wanna try for 10 lbs so why give this a shot!

If you need your coffee, I would say use stevia for a sweentener! It's probably one of the best ones to use. I know that its used in some homemade protein bars/etc. How are you doing with dieting?? I have been trying to stay strong! =)
