Definitely all of my photography pics to my ex-husband when the Realtor said leave them up as they make it look more like a home...and they pics were older so not sure where the negatives went ...and before digital...oh well~ Still would not trade it for the wonderful life I have today :)

I fill my water bottle up every morning~ add a packet of crystal light energy strawberry and use that ~ it gives me my caffeine which I need but also just gives me something to keep in my hand at all times as well~ good luck~ coming from a 6 pack of REAL Mountain Dew a day- I understand!

I think about everything I eat now~ a) because its healthier for me...but b) because my friends see it and will tell me real quick what was good in my day and the bad as well~ I want them to be honest with me. Being connected to others and them seeing what I'm doing right or wrong helps me daily!

Where I started our a few years back I was at 100 pounds to lose...still need to lose though. I have lost 62 pounds and have about another 40 to go...its a journey for sure~ Feel free to add me~ I try and give support as well as always need it :smile:

Hi Everyone~ I'm Robin and I like to eat :) But on a serious note I joined MFP last May- lost about 20 pounds over the last 7 months- but need to get serious again. After moving houses and a holiday in England for Christmas~ it's time to do this for me! I would love to lose 52 pounds! Looking forward to getting to know you!

I'm going for 140 and see how I am there- I think it is going to be amazing to see that- but I have not been that weight in about 25 years so ~ have to really see when I get there. I think it also depends on age- in my forties- I'll go for 140- if I were in my twenties I would probably try for lower.

It also comes down to a differnt lifestyle- you may be used to living at home with your parents- they fix dinner at night, etc...at school you have to make the best choices for your diet (and I'm not using diet as a term in lowing calories but just overall food intake). You have to remember to get some exercise in between…

Planning ahead is a big one for me~ if I can pack ahead of time and take it with me I make much better choices- a little lunchbox cooler in my car with healthy munchies gets me through my busiest days.

For all of you ladies out there- including myself- we cannot let the scale dictate our lives. We have to make the best choices we can at that point in our day, our week, our month, our life. Life has gotten in my way recently- but then I try to put it in reverse and go down the right road and not the wrong one time after…

I would also try to eat all of your calories each day- they seem to fluctuate quite a bit. I met with a nutritionist and she has me on the same amount of calories each day~ whether I exercise or not and it really seems to work. and yes- the sodium - that's a tough one for me but eating out can really up the sodium levels…
