I usually will first cut the recipe in half and then fridge the leftovers to make lunches or another dinner with the rest of the week. It's tough cooking for one but not impossible!

I can absolutely relate! I do my best to get thru the few days of the hungry horrors.. log it..accept it.. and work out a little extra after it passes. But the struggle is real !! (My cravings are always brownie sundaes. Always. It never fails.)

I freaking hate that!! Its my biggest pet peave. I never had it when my upper body was very fit from my former job as a horse farm manager, but now that im in the office... its getting so gross. hahahaa I know I need to just work it out, but it sucks!!!

Welcome! Truthfully... for me.. Water weight is only lost with good old fashoioned cardio! Im a horsebck rider also... haha I dont know how I missed tha when I first read it! I rode bareback before and shortly AFTER surgery.... (highly un-reccomended from the dr howeveer..) But! HEY HEY! I just has ACL reconstruction in November. I was lucky enough to be able to visit a psychial therapist weeks before surgery. She focused mainly on getting my quads strong. Squats. Leg lifts(on your side, and on your back). Etc. That is the HARDEST part after the surgery, and it will be what your PT'st will focus…

riding my horses is by far my MOST favorite workout. It works just about every muscle in your body! Cardio central when you do 20+ mins of trotting, and not to mention.. horses are fantastic listeners :)
