By eating clean I mean mostly fruits and veggies etc. I try VERY hard to stay away from carbs as they make me feel bloated period. I do sit at work a lot but I believe I have fairly good posture?!? I know several (by several I mean like 5 lol) ladies that took it, lost weight, and have still maintained the weight. Only 1 of the ladies has gained back about 5 lbs. I have read several stories about people gaining back the weight......I don't think they maintained after they lost.

My Dr started me on in a couple of weeks ago. I have a huge difference in my energy level. It does help boost the weight loss. I know many are against it and that is why I haven't even mentioned it here on MFP, I've seen people attacked for asking questions like this. You could always try it and if you don't like it then…

I actually think I'm leaning towards the Slim Down, even though I can't find many results on it. Guess there is only one way to find out right? :) I think on the "rest" days or the days when its just doing one level of the shred I will add in my treadmill as well.

go to the search here on MFP and type in "30 day slim down", I looked thru those posts and found the schedule there. I also googled it but I'm not coming up with many results :(

I had bought the same one........I returned it after a week and a half. The heart rate isn't always correct, and the calorie count was always way off. Did you get yours working??

So when I go buy the DVD I need to buy weights (3 lbs for this beginner!!), anything else?? I will be doing it on my front room floor, it has "carpet" if thats what you call it, but its crappy and hard! (gotta love a rental home!)
