I suggest you eat food that digest slowly before bed, so you will feel full the entire night. Some casein protein powder or foods such as cottage cheese that have casein in it will make you feel fuller longer. Do you weight train too.

I think you should listen to your body. If you are hungry, than you should definitely eat. It really boils down to what you are eating versus how much you are eating. If it is lean meats, veggies, whole grains, healthy fats and fruits you are eating, a little more when you are hungry won't hurt.

It's exciting when you workout with a plan. I train legs by doing squats, lunges, dead lifts, leg presses and I also jump rope too. She is right! Diet is 80% and exercise is 20% 1 pound of fat = 3500cal, so if you want to lose weight cut back on cal. You can walk,jog, run..for cardio. Push the stroller. Start off slow maybe 3.0-3.5 and build your way up.. Never continue a workout if you have chest pain. Consulting a doctor would be best before you continue with any type of exercise. I am not sure what a vibro plate is but if it is strength training you can log that in under cardiovascular. Good luck on your fitness…
