Burning Fat

Hello all,

I want to start some burning fat exercises but really have no idea where to start. I want to really focus on my whole body rather than just the core. So far all I do at the gym is run on the treadmill for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. That's it.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

    Hit the weight room...look into New Rules of Lifting for Women...read Starting Strength, and hit the weight room. Do full body, compound lifts 3x weekly and compliment them that 30 minutes of cardio you're doing a few times per week.

    A weight training routine will burn some serious fat, followed by a HIIT cardio session too.
