I'm having trouble with deciding what kind of calories I should use for Kempo and Core Synergestics. I can't afford a heart monitor at the moment. Any suggestions on what to use? I sweat a lot and get my heart rate up especially during Kempo.

I have found that if i keep my hands busy while I am watching t.v. has helped. Can't eat and crochet at the same time. Hope it helps a little.

You could also try checking out "The Biggest Loser" Cookbook at your local library. There are TONS of ideas that are easy and inexpensive in there. They have a one for family cooking or single cooking. The nice thing with that is it tells you all the relevant information with fat, sodium and the like. Good luck!
